When I upload a submission *and* its preview at the same time, it processes the submission without the main submission file. Previewing the pic turns out an empty box. I then have to 'change submission file' and re-upload. Does anyone else get this problem or is it just me?

ya it happens to me quite afew times, i think it could be cause of a lag on your end when submitting so i when i submit something i will make sure no other windows are open and make sure no other programs are running on my comp so i know there wont be a problem

n.n;; im not a tech wiz but but using abit of simple logic i know that a lag in uploading can cause a problem like that so best to make sure your not lagging when uploading
It happens sometimes. You should finish uploading the submission within a few minutes of starting the submit process. It's probably something to do with your upload session expiring.
