Pretty much he was some dude who begged for donations so he could buy food, and afford a place to stay but spent people's money on commissions. When he was found out he said he was gonna pay people back but never did. Then he started using government money to pay for commissions, and just pretty much went around begging artists for free art. He's a skeeze and no body likes him because he's a thief and a loser. -shrug-
