well one of my biggest questions was if ya would be willing to do lighting in a suit that could easily be turned off and on so it gave the illusion of glowing

How much lighting would you be wanting? One way or another, I'm sure it would be doable. We often insert LEDs in eyes and the like, and we've worked with fiber optics before.

enough to give the illusion of a full glow effect preferably red glow or white if ya needed to just do it that way

Hmm. Making the entire body glow evenly? I'm not sure if I could pull that off in a way that looked at all good or was at all comfortable to wear. Certainly not for anything but an extremely high price (thousands and thousands).
