Meh. its a money pit, you can easily sink alot of money into SL and have not a whole lot to show for it. that and dear lord there is nothing but drama on there.

Yeah....you have to pay to get the money they use there in order to find items to make your char - or to commissh someone to make it for you if specialised.
SL is like any chat place anywhere - you need good specs to run it though

It's a horrible place filled with horrible, horrible people and LOTS of 15-year-old drama-whores. I tried it for a while to see if I could do building and scripting, and go so pissed off with people I HAD to quit.

I would not recommend it x.x
