So champford expressed an interest in hearing Luen speak on my latest submission.
Please keep in mind this was recorded on a camera phone and the sound is a bit odd. You may have to turn up your speakers. Not sure.

If people have a problem getting the video on Photobucket I suppose I could try to upload to Youtube... but it is a short video and I didn't think it interesting enough to put on Youtube xD
Also, before anyone says it... I know Luen's cage is looking bare, he destroyed a happy hut and three large toys over the weekend and I've not yet gone to replace them.

but.. hehe, tell him not to worry, I'm shy when I'm speaking on camera too.
We guess this may have something to do with his home before we rescued him.
And I'll let him know xD Maybe some day I'll get better footage of him talking.

I usually say the first bit to zac and the second bit to the dogs. LOL
I couldn't get him to say any more. It was starting to rain outside and he was unnerved ^^;
So Vinegar's a girl then..? Ha! And sounds like she's bossy xD
Kudos to you for getting some of his talking recorded though. Miss V will only talk when she thinks no one can see her.
That's why I left the room in the vid! xD I propped the phone on the bed and left for a bit. He gets really chatty when I leave, probably in an attempt to lure me back xD
She is so frustrating and so cute.
I need to get my fids some good toys, the finches are suprisingly distructive, sad to see people tend not to think they need as many toys :P
And I love that little wing stretch at the start:P
And yeah, I love when Luen opens his wings! He's unclipped and galahs have the most beautiful tapered wings, and the underside has a little bit of pink. When they flap, they 'twinkle.'
Yes, clipped my budgies once never again, I love the Galahs that flock around here and when it rains they flap upside down in the trees really beautiful birds!
And I definitely hope you have no problems with laying - I have read some terrible stories about egg binding D: Really sounds like a nightmare. People having to break the egg while it's stuck in the cloaca..? Yuck yuck yuck!
I love when there's rain here! The galahs sometimes play on the veranda just outside my bedroom window and Luen gets so excited chatting to them!
