So, I recently got the cymbal expansion for Rock Band 3, and two of them decide to start double-hitting. I try to take it back to the store for a replacement; they say that I need a return authorization number from Mad Catz (the manufacturer) in order to return it. So, I decide to buy a new set and return the old one when I get the number. I emailed Mad Catz about 2 weeks ago. I still haven't heard a reply.

Then, I ordered the keyboard for RB3. One of the keys doesn't work, making PRO keys hard to play. I have to send it back to Amazon.

Now, the new cymbal kit has a double hitting cymbal. Mad Catz used to be cool back in the old days. Now, it seems that both their products and customer service are shitty. Way to go, Mad Catz...
