Need help translating Japanese!

Heya guys!
So, I've come across this Gargomon padlock.
And knowing me I want it like there's no tomorrow.
But the only one on Ebay costs about $45 USD

Just out of my price range. So I'm trying to figure out if I can find it from Japan or is its called any other names over there.
I found the instructions for it.

Digimon lock.
The red text is something and then bandai. id need more time to try to read more.
Oh well.
If I can just find out who the company is from the logo above Bandai and I can find out what distributor for the capsules are and then contact them directly.
I'll get one eventually; even if I end up forking out $40. xD
