Help! Need ideas!

Ok, so 
sarcy wants to go do something after work, which is in 2 hours. She wants me to give her 2-3 ideas of things to do, and she'll pick one. I AM DRAWING THE WORST BLANKS EVER.
She mentioned being interested in doing something romantic, and/or nerdy, and/or rednecky.
Traveling is ok, cost is negotiable.... Help. )=

No idea what sort of things y'all are interested in, or I'd have better suggestions probably.
