While part of me is tempted to ask what happened, kudos to you for not stirring drama, and best of luck in getting the problem sorted out. :(

There is really nothing that can be done. Someone (or several) are determined to keep Kengi off of this site for various reasons, a couple of which is likely his cheaper prices, faster service and better quality items.

He can still receive messages/orders via this account or my main one at least though. (Now I'm almost certain to be banned...)

o.o That's... really dumb. There are plenty of artists who sell their work less than I do, for various reasons. Going after them because of it would be incredibly petty of me. Seems like a stupid reason to target someone. If he's being harassed and has done what he can to try and resolve it peacefully, he should probably try to file a ticket with the admins about it, or have you file one on his behalf. WitchieBunny wrote up a guideline for tickets in a recent journal. I can't see why you'd be banned just for mentioning it to me either. o.o It's not as though you're accusing anyone or causing drama or anything.

The problem is, the people who he has the biggest problems with are good friends with the admins so he didn't have a chance. He filed tickets and they ended up twisting things around and making him look like the bad guy.

Fuck these trouble makers, and if FA admins wanna help stir the drama stew, Fuck them too!

I just joined ArtSpots the other day. =) I probably should get my InkBunny password reset and toss some stuff up over there too, just to have a presence there.

I like Inkbunny cause it's easy to work with and it doesn't feel so crowded on the front page.

I still to this day believe what has kept ME from getting banned is...
The admins know I have an attorney that's being paid for yearly and since they're paid for... I have nothing to lose in using them and...
that my work with police and investigators to stop sexual predators could be a factor. I gave investigators access to my account and we NAILED a couple. (And when it comes to sexual predators prison can be such an unhospitable place)
I wonder if the admins are afraid of reprocussions. Sort of a "Fine, since we lost all of our access because of the ban we have two choices, create our own account or get a court order and pull all the data from all their equipment, shut down the site, and any media not saved by the people is forever lost. Option B sounds like more fun!"
