So Exercise. Is Really effing hard.
I made a game plan to jog for 30 minutes, intending to jog for 10 minutes, and then rest for 10, and then jog for ten more.
I do all my stretches, and start out my front door, I spend a minute walking to warm up, and then i start to jog. And then I die and have to stop jogging about 1 Minutes and 40 seconds later. So I walk along for 8 minutes, and then try to jog again, and die again in 40 seconds.
I end up returning home 12 minutes after I left, having a grand total of 2 minutes and 20 seconds jogging. and then i collapse on the floor and lay there for several minutes.
I've been told that Cardio is possibly the least pleasant workout type, but I didn't think it would be as hard as it is.
