To Artists and those who know them...

would you be insulted to have a commissioner request the original photoshop PSD file instead of a jpg/png file for the final product at no additional fee?
Reason I ask is because I'm looking around at artists who's styles I enjoy in search of open commission slots for an updated character profile sheet for future commissions and I don't normally do online commissions. I'm used to going to cons and having it drawn with the original delivered during the con. I do understand physical originals would probably not exist with most commissions ordered online these days and the closest thing would be the high quality photoshop (or gimp) files the artist was working with. The reason I would want the PSD file is so when I print it up a commission for framing or in this case for distributing to other artists for commission work there wouldn't be any blurriness, pixelation, or other artifacts from sizing the image to fit the print.
