I've been doing extra large traditional badges - their 'bout 1/3 to 1/4th the size of a A4 piece of paper. It'll be laminated with a or without a hole for string/clip.

I'm finishing one up now but I'll be able to show you some examples in a few minutes if your still interested. :)
