Help please - Sculptris Troubleshoot

Hey there!
I'm trying to use the programme Sculptris having just downloaded it
I followed this tutorial

(I couldn't get it to change the icon though, it didn't have options for that in my properties)
But when I go to open the programme, it says I am missing zlib1.dll but zlib1.dll is in the folder, it's not missing at all.
I'm working on a windows Vista, any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.
