Helllloooo Fence!

I really gotta figure out what's causing this lightheadedness that I'm getting. At first, I just assumed that it was problems with blood pressure. Heart and blood pressure issues run really strong on both sides of my family, and I'd get really bad woozy feelings when I get stressed out or had a lot of caffeine. I cut back on my coffee intake, and tried to destress whenever possible. While I haven't had too much success with the destressing, limiting my coffee seemed to help a lot.
But now it's coming back with a vengeance. It happens randomly, at all hours of the day and night, and regardless of what I'm doing or if I have any caffeine. There's been times where I'm on the computer playing games or drawing, and I feel like I'm gonna pass out.
I got a really big wake-up call about this yesterday. I was walking down the sidewalk one minute, and the next moment, I faceplanted into a fence. Somehow, I wandered from the middle of the sidewalk and ran right into the fence without realizing what was happening.
So now I'm concerned about what's gonna happen if this gets worse than it is now? That time I was relatively lucky, since I went towards the fence, as opposed to wandering off into the road and getting struck by a car. And what happens if this happens at work? Or I start driving again, and it happens then?
I don't know if it's because I'm wearing myself out, not getting enough sleep, or maybe even be anemia. But as soon as I can get on some kind of insurance, Medicaid or otherwise, I'm getting that checked out ASAP.

Hopefully you've been to a doctor since you posted this... Even just a checkup might find something and it wouldn't be overly-expensive. Most practices would be willing to set you up with a pay plan if you can't pay cash up-front or with insurance.
