Aw. Still, if you feel you need a chance of venue, I won't stand in your way.

I was not aware of Inkbunny before. I'll need to look at it a bit more, but somehow it just didn't strike me the same way FurAffinity has. Granted, I'm hardly bouncing about like a loon waving a red flag in a china shop so have missed being targeted so far by the trolls and evildoers, but FurAffinity has been okay for me so far. If Inkbunny looks okay, I might try it as well.

FA would by far be the best choice, but I'm tired of the headgames, the lack of transparency AND consistency, the attempts to legislate consistency without the power to back it (let's face it- the AUP & TOS would've been adequate two years ago, if they had not just the manpower to enforce, but rules in place that would've kept admin enforcement consistent) and the willingness to appease forces they have neither no control of, nor have jurisdiction over FA. (Appeasement doesn't work. Besides, most of those affected ALREADY have ways to get around any site bans that already exist!)

Inkbunny is next-best, but does have some limitations I don't like, which affect rather excellent furry works of fiction, namely those involving a human/furry interaction in the context of sex. Fortunately, this doesn't affect me, directly, but does affect some of my friends.

Inkbunny has some better security features, I admit, and certainly tries to do things alot of furs have been clamouring for on FA, but other than my gripes about FA, it has a better atmosphere and longstanding sense of community that Inkbunny has yet to earn- Not that Inkbunny isn't trying, though, but it will take some time.

I'm not dumping FA right off, but rather, leaving the back door open with an alternative, just in case things get too hot, here.
