Ahead of Time: HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

I know it's early, but this is usually the day where people prep things before tomorrow.
So yeah... with only having 3 hours of sleep, I got up and started doing things for the holiday. xD; So if I am pretty stupid typing today, you'll know why.
I finished cutting up veggies for stuffing (homemade stuffing here is the SHIT) I have to make tonight (ONIONS BURN MY EYES! DX), currently I'm waiting for the pork and sauerkraut to finish cooking, the turkey is in the sink at the moment in water, so that should be ready soon to move to the fridge, and I have to clean later today. Ugh. My parents don't help me for crap when it comes to the holidays.
Then tomorrow I hope that at the Macy's parade they have the Kermit balloon (it's tradition since I love Muppets/Jim Henson), make sure the turkey cooks alright, reheat the pork & sauerkraut, and cook up anything else we have.
...sometimes I wish I was also cooking for my crush. I love cooking for my family, but cooking for a special someone in a sense is precious to me. -clears throat- Erm... sorry.
But I love cooking, so it's okay. My aunt who comes over every year seems to enjoy my cooking. ^^
