Piénsenlo bien--la ONU es una organización internacional de mucho alcance, y eso incluye el de culturas mucho más conservadoras que el mundo occidental desarrollado, en donde posturas como esa son leyes sociales no codificadas. Ahora, sí diría que eso viola los derechos de no ser discriminado por razones de género.

Think about it thoroughly--the UN is an international organization of great reach, and that includes that of much more conservative cultures than those of the developed Western World, places in which opinions like that are uwritten social laws. Still, I do think that violates the right to not being discriminated due to gender reasons.
