There are a few artists who draw it that I like, but thankfully they also draw other stuff so they aren't leaving FA or anything because of the ban. XD

It's sad but, it's the way things work alertpay is end all when it comes to this since they provide the way to donate to FA and such.

Yeah, I know. I think AlerPay is the ignorant one in this case, because banning specific types of porn does more harm than good.

Seemed a bit like entrapment, as they're stating it's against their policy, and every other transaction handler Dragoneer's approached has right-off-the-bat said no.

AP did an initial audit of fA before approving them, and gave the green light. (Note: Mature cub art is a CATEGORY, not sure how you can do an audit and not at least check out the relatively short 'table of contents' of what the site has)

After a report, they did a re-audit, THEN said fA was in violation of ToS, (having locked up the money during the re-audit period) then closed the account with no chance for appeal (something like $7,000 down the drain).

Doesn't the money get processed out eventually? They can't just hold the money in the account, they have to return it one way or another, if not to the account holders then to those who donated that money.

Actually, if the account is closed due to a ToS violation, (or at their discretion), then you are NOT entitled to the money in the account. (paypal has a similar stance)

One customer actually GOT their money from alertpay after their lawyer contacted the company, but different situation.

Legally, they can't hold onto the money, which is why the guy with the lawyer got his money back. Illegality is legal until someone has the money to say something about it. >.<
