So next year I'll be going to college. I want to do animation. But my parents won't really let me go to art school because its expensive, and they don't think I'll ever get a job in animation. They think I won't get hired because I'm not "well-rounded" because all I studied was animation and nothing else.

I'm confused. I still applied to the closest art achool just in case my parents change their minds. BUt I'm not sure if going there is a good idea anymore and I want to go to a regular university.
