I'll try to clarify something I said:
I've stated that what the FA admins did was "stupid", because they banned cub porn after-the-fact, in the hopes of appeasement to AlertPay. AlertPay is the real bad guy, here, not FA, and as I've said, appeasement just doesn't work. AlertPay can easily say, that even if it wasn't in the contract, FA breached the contract by having cub porn (as it's actually illegal in Canada, where AlertPay is based from), and even if FA rectified their end, they'd still be in breach, and have forfeited all moneys currently in their AlertPay account...which is in the several thousands of dollars...which thdey won't get back. Essentially, the ban is moot, being it's ex post facto (after the fact), and it won't change a thing.
What's needed is a PayPal/AlertPay-type system by furries for furries, one that wouldb't cause all this mess.
