I just read "The New Policy on Cub" and honestly I think thats.... I geuss disappointing feels the most fitting. I'm not even a fan of cub art but ... let me reiterate that: I'm not even a fan of sexually natured cub art but still I'm slightly disheartened that such a decision had to be made. I don't feel like there is really anyone to blame for this... and that bugs me. A gray area isn't a reason to cut funding and it should never be considered a risk.
Heh, I don't know why people can't have more tolerance for what doesn't affect them. Well. Yes, I do but its still disappointing.
And since I don't want to have about 4 journals going out today I'm making this a multi-purpose journal.
Now, I know by my own announcement I should have had [The Fox] done sometime yesterday or maybe even before that. Short story being, I didn't get it done and I'm work... I was working on it before I read that policy change and I'm working on it after I finish this journal. When [The Fox] is submitted here it will be a 2nd rough draft because I'll have not re-read it for spelling errors or lines that sound just plain terrible. After [The Fox] I will be typing and submitting the 2nd rough draft of [The Lock] which was considerably shorter to catch up to speed. [The Ivory Box] on the other hand I am having issues with due to writers block on JUST this story. So when that is FINALLY submitted it will be a mediocre 2nd rough draft. After those three are prepped for converging I'll be working on other things.... like... hm -.-' Mayhaps I'll work on the rest of [Love, the Star That is my Dreams] which I still don't have a permenant title for, or mayhaps I'll work on reworking [When Love Isn't Madness, it Isn't Love] which my good friend Charles suggested had a rather unsatisfying ending... if only I had a dollar for every time I heard that. Actually I'd only have a dollar. ^-^
No, I don't do anything for Thanksgiving which is why I'll have that time absolutely free to myself and my work.... and Demon's Souls. Alright actually I probably won't play that. I'll more likely go to a friend's house and play Halo Reach or break into Charles house and taunt him with my freedom since he has to watch some young-uns for the next three days. Broke a CD this morning. Stupid thing locked up and crashed half my computer so when I FINALLY got the stupid thing to eject I took it and crushed it in my writing hand. That was such a satisfying noise ^-^
It has apparently come to my attention that I attract stalkers. There's a story behind that <.< I MIGHT have offended a friend who was feeling extremely lonely but thats really a small issue next to everything else and I'll make it up to him sooner or later. Probably later.
Now, I've ranted and BS'd my way through, what? 4? Five? of these things and I think thats a good place to END this journal.
