Can't Make Any New Art

Well my college just got new computer but there's no Photoshop on them so I can not make any more art work and for some odd reason I can't upload and pic as well it like all ways give's up on me wend I starts to load up a pic so I can't make any new art for... well untell they fix it so it going to be some time wend I can make new art. =(
