Watercolour Panel at FC!

Greetings You Lot!
So it seems I will be running a panel this FC on one of my favorite topics to ramble on about, that topic of course being Watercolor Painting! I'm going to be showing some various watercolour painting techniques and I'd love to know from you guys if there're any specific ones you'd like to talk about or have demonstrations of. If so, here is your chance to let me know what YOU want to know! :D
Some of the things I plan to cover are:
Stretching Watercolour Paper (tape and staple methods)
Sky Washes (gradient opaque gouache washes, normal watercolour washes)
Masking Fluid (I'll have some for people to try out if they haven't yet)
Other Things (your call!)
More Stuff (hopefully fascinating stuff full of intrigue and bedazzlement)
And perhaps, if wanted, a demonstration! (where you can watch me squirm and try to watercolour in front of an audience, spill paint, destroy carpets and possibly get in trouble by the hotel staff)
Anyhow, if this is pertinent to your interests and you have any input on things you'd like to see, now is your chance to make your demands!

FA+

I've worked more with oils than WC, but if I'm at FC I'll stop by and check it out!
i'm from South America and it's an expensive trip u_u
i wish to go :,C
Either way I would looove to attend this, barring any memory loss on my part I'll be there!
It's always nice to get a chance to talk to other artists. Plus if I forget something or draw a blank you might be able to help me out! ;D
Oh.. and I was hoping to ask you about the badge commissions from FWA last year. I'm still happily waiting.
I vote for fur and feather techniques.
My hope is to try and cover most of the basic technical stuff that often takes some practice to get used to. Stretching for instance took me a while to work out and I finally found a way to do it that works every time. It's nice to get someone to demonstrate how to do stuff like that, especially if you haven't had the chance to practice it yourself first-hand, otherwise you can end up wrecking a lot of expensive papers and things to get it down! I can't even count the times I destroyed pictures with repetitive stretching until I figured it out. I'm figuring most people attending will already know about art itself (probably more then I do ;) so it'll most likely focus much more on the tactile element of the medium.
I may also cover topics like how to flatten wrinkled paintings in a crunch by using a plastic bag, 2 Werewolf manuals and a Toyota 4-Runner, but that might be straying off topic a bit! ;]
Also it might help to talk about brushes and which ones are good to start off with. Speaking from my own experience it took me a few paintings until I learned and fully realized how important and useful BIG brushes are at the start of a painting.
Some other things that I would have liked to have been shown is dry brushing, being pointed out that a paint brush doesn't have to be held like a pencil, different ways to use a brush. Wasn't until the recent painting I am working on did I figure out how much a large-med flat brush can be used to make lines and marks that a round can, nice not switching brushes all the time when I don't have to lol.
Well that is just about all the mistakes I have made so far that would have helped to know from the start, and I'm sure there is more. Wish I could go to FC, that panel sounds fun alone.
(I won't be attending, I just wanted to suggest this, though).
Thanks for everything!
-Mike-
Hopefully we won't have any timing conflicts!
