Also, for you few who do listen, namely the people above and a few others, Woof, Keet, Symar, and the others who I may forget to mention, I absolutely adore you guys and you are the few who keep me going. Even my r/l friends dont listen to my stuff, so you're practically my only audience lol.

I'd listen more but I'm falling behind in my FA submissions (6+ months behind). I give every music track that hits my inbox a full listen-through at least once. Don't usually comment because I don't know how to give good comments other than liking, loving, and disliking a song.

I think the problem is mainly that, while FA is a great site for visual-type art, they don't exactly have an interface that puts much focus on music. And even if that weren't an issue, short of novelty songs (Corsi's "69'ing Gay Raccoons" comes to mind), how could you really make "furry-themed" music, anyway? You DO make some really good music, don't get me wrong. I think it's just that the furry fandom itself, simply doesn't translate well into a musical format, without at least leaning heavily toward novelty songs. That said, keep up the good work, wherever you post it!

I have to apologise for not commenting much. I haven't even gotten to listen to everything I've wanted to! My FA backlog is a mile long again, something I promised I wouldn't let happen... but my situation at home has been insane enough that I haven't written more than a few sentences or composed more than a few awkward measures in many, many months. I do have a story in the works, and I know I'll be pushing myself to get something into the next furry x 60, but even catching this journal here is a bit of a fluke.

I think the most unfortunate part of this is that, as K1 said above, the interface here isn't terribly geared toward music. I've had ideas for how to change that... but they all start with, "Learn from FA's mistakes and make another site," and nobody ever seems simultaneously capable of both. If you do find a better solution somewhere, let us all know, eh? (And hope that I'm caught up on journals by then....)

I do miss the days when a significant number of folks knew my music. Then again, I haven't really changed my tools since those days, so I've let it all pass me by. Boody hell, am I a greymuzzle?
