it seems i have a journal that i should attempt to update ...at least once in awhile........i guess i should pay attention to such things...but since i don't like talking about myself or what is bothering me i will probably end up posing quotes sayings and musings and such that i have enjoyed in the past....i may even toss in one of my own some times....

lets start of with the first...one that i have been saying for years



sticks and stones may break my bones, but whips and chains excite me...so whip me, beat me , even bite me...but please do it nightly
