Christmas List Thing (Because why the hell not! :D)
*bursts in, surrounded by rainbows and sparkles, scarf waving in the breeze...* JOURNAL!
Stolen from like 50 people on my watch list
Step 1
Make a post in your journal containing your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple to really big. The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
If you wish for real-life things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where folks could get in touch with you.
Step 2
Surf around other lists to see who has posted their list. If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream for free--do it. You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call. There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.
Step 3
The List (In no particular order!)
1. A new TG-16 controller for a US console. I've gone too long without one.
2. A model of the Koenig from Macross Frontier ( http://www.anime-export.com/product/6095 ) Delicious die-cast metal transformer. Mmmmm.
3. Mecha stuff in general. I've been really getting into it. So like, any DVDs or figures or even recommendations for movies/manga/serieses/games to play would be awesome x3
4. A fat PSP to match my fat PS2 and fat PS3
5. Art! Seriously. Who doesn't love art? x3 Any of the characters in my gallery are fair game (Hell, even the ones on my dA!)
6. A job. Okay I know this is silly... but it's something I really want and really need. Just... something so I can get some sort of paycheck and pay back all the folks I owe money to, among other things.
7. For my grandfather to do better. He's been in failing health recently and I really want him to get better, especially in time to enjoy the holidays.
8. The last volume of Kashimashi Girl Meets Girl. I've been looking for it for YEARS now and I can't fucking find it.
9. An Xbox 360. So I can finally play some games with all of my friends. Oh and Halo: Reach because jesus christ I love all of the ReachFails I keep seeing. They make me so. Goddamn. Happy. x3
10. Good vibes and well wishes to my broken adoptive furdad,
dearc x3
