Virus zombies, yes. These can actually happen if nature decides so. They are technically still alive, just no longer 'human'. For obvious reasons the heart still pumps, therefore blood still flows. After all, the virus would need a living host to reproduce and spread. If stimulated properly, I'm more than certain reaction would follow and lead to a YOU KNOW WHAT.
