A catch up for the past few months.
School has just ended. I have unending happiness for this, though I will admit that my school, as it stands, is enjoyable. Next quarter is Western Civilization, 1648 to Present, and some math. (Does anyone know what happens in 1648? I looked it up and found /nothing/.) Though I had some major hiccups happening in my life, I should have pulled something between a 3.2 and 3.5 GPA.
Speaking of those hiccups. Most of you are aware that I was in the hospital for a week. The official diagnosis is pulmonary embolism. AKA: I got a bunch of blood clots that went from my leg, through my heart, and into my lungs. I caught it before it did anything too bad. I've been on warfarin, a blood thinner, but they're currently testing me for antiphospholipid syndrome. It's got a lot of funky words in it's explanation, but basically, it's when your immune system is a complete asshat to the rest of your body and forces you to produce more proteins of some variety that gum everything up and cause clots. It's not only irritating, but it's genetic and unable to be cured. If I have that, I'll be on blood thinners my entire life. For obvious reasons, I don't really want this to be true. It's got a possibility of being so- it requires a lot of testing to prevent false positives, but I already have one positive. If you pray, please keep that all in them? I feel I need it.
For some happy: I'm currently working on about a zillion things for January. OC day and the CSItalia shoot are both in January/February, so. It's going to be fun.
Rae and I have been working on what we're doing for Sakuracon 2011. We've got our hotel booked already, so it's just cosplay now. The plans, as it stands, is Sweden for a majority of the con. (Tajia will be up from Louisiana for the con, and she'll be my Finland. :)) Rae and I are also doing pretty ball outfits for Austria and Hungary, myself as the lady. We've got some wonderful outfits chosen for it, and I'm really excited for it. I'm going to have to learn how to dance, though.
Rae is now living at my place, due to circumstances that couldn't be dodged. It's alright, and I've got a roommate to freak out on a regular basis. Plus, hell. Her clothing is comfy as hell.
We spent all of today with Tracy and had a mini photoshoot. it was cold as fuck, however, so it didn't last too long. I'm waiting for the photos now. :D
Aside from the obvious, it's been a pretty good season so far.
