The gentle calm of a sigh

*sigh* I was so not feeling like doing anything today. I’m so tired, yet refuse to sleep. *sigh* You know, sighing feels good. It makes me feel all mellow and relaxed. *sigh* No wonder Buddhist monks practice deep breathing. *sigh* I advise everyone to try some deep sighing right now. Fill your lungs (but don’t strain yourself), hold the air inside you for a moment, then let it all out. Try it first with a few quick releases of breath. Then gradually work your way towards slowly releasing your breath. *sigh* Don’t you feel much better now? ^^
