They only banned art of canonically underaged characters in their original style. It's still ok if they look appropriately aged up.

Ex: A picture of Sonic fucking Amy in the flatchested, noodle limb style that Sega uses is bad. But if I add curves, hips, tits and muscles it's fine.

So my Art is ok cause it looks nothing like what Sega Uses, and cause i sux!

Also fan characters are exempt, so if I took that original noodle limb picture, made Sonic green and Amy purple, then labeled them as "MY ORIGINAL CHARS GREENIE AND VIOLET THE HEDGEHOG, DO NOT STEAL!!11!" it would be legit.

Basic summary is that if you draw the characters, make them look like adults, or draw the ones that are canonically grown up. The OMFUX TEH SONICZORZ IS BAND thing is just fearmongering by some idiot.
