My mom and her boyfriend...dunno what to think

I really want to try and keep personal issues out of my FA and DA accounts, but I really don't know where to turn lately. My mom has been a single mother for more than 3 years now, and has done exceptionally well. after my Ex-step father cheated and left us, she was left heart broken raising 2 children. She dated a few people here and there but because of her history of bringing men into our lives, she decided that she wanted nothing serious.
For the first time in 3 years she's in a serious relationship with a guy, we'll call him T. T is a pretty cool guy, but i've only met him a few times. He seems pretty comfortable around my sister and I, which nearly bugs me a bit..
I'm not used to seeing my mom holding hands with anyone, or the her on a couch with anyone, cuddling.
I'm so happy for her, but i don't know what to think lol.
It's so weird, I've gone my whole childhood with not seeing my mother show that kind of affection towards anyone, i don't know if i'm jealous, or envious, since she tends to let affection slip towards my sister and I.

got any advice? I've been in quite a pickle lately with a bunch of things.

I have this sketchbook, and I'm beginning to fill it with drawings, but i don't have a scanner. I gotta do more digital art and upload it.
I should vbe getting a bank account soon... if my mom decides to finally take me lol.

About, idk, a year after my parents split. My dad got with this woman and I'm still not sure about her.... It's been... 9 years? It's so hard to get used to.... Maybe one never can.
But the good thing is if they want you to like them, they buy you stuff hehe.
my mom has gone through a few boyfriends, but this is the first one she really likes.
the thing that scares me is that shes going to get her heart broken AGAIN. she doesnt deserve that yaknow.
i mean, the first time my parents split up, i think it was easier to get used to my "step dad" because my actual father refused to see me anymore. the guy was more of a father figure than my dad.
