Why would you base any kind of self worth or happiness on youtube views?
Unless you are so dreadfully low on self esteem that you feel your only source of appreciation is youtube - the scum area of the internet - I would suggest that you don't worry about it. Enjoy the game for what it is. Don't bother bothering about some nobody's opinion of your video.

It has nothing to do with my self esteem, I just want more people to see it. There are only like 3 or 4 other montages like it that are anywhere near as good, but mine only shows up on like the 5th or 6th page of a search.

Sadly - some videos are just more viral then others. A lot of it is down to luck and the butterfly effect. Admittedly there's very little you can do to influence the situation except post more videos.
