And now tell me... IS THAT NOT THE MOST ABSURD THING YOU HAVE EVER HEARD?!?! We've technologically peaked?! Oh then I guess every scientist in the world is wasting their time with the million dollar research grants. And so what if computers double in speed every few months. And yeah, we'll never see flying cars... Nevermind that they already exist!
I sincerely hope that Scott Ramsoomair doesn't really believe this because anyone who DOES believe that technology has stopped developing has an I.Q. of absolute 0!

I think he might just be using Aeris as a mouthpiece to give voice to his own disappointment about the lack of progress and increasing apparent self-absorption by the human race. It is largely satire. I wouldn't take it as a statement of his absolute views.
