Oh noes! D: No more concrud. You need a big puff to push it out ^-^. You been drinking lots of OJ and getting plenty of rest? Nice hot showers help too, as well as breathing in steam from boiling water. All three daily will really help clean it out. I highly recommend some GSC or Echinacia spray with goldseel. That stuff is potent but it works really well and in the past has made my cold last only 3 days!

Everyone got it. I had mine for at least 2 weeks.

I had mine for a week _BEFORE_ MFF and still had it for several days after. There are a few lingering symptoms, but I'm much better now.
