TL;DR - Ran through 3inches of water at 50mph and survived. Car passing me almost didnt and he was going the speed limit. I feel immortal.

So today I was headed into town, and it had been raining heavily for the past 24 hours. There was broadcasts of flood warnings all over western Washington in the rural/smaller towns... which is where I live. So I'm going along the back roads and its past dusk, but not quite night. The twilight time where things are actually difficult to see. I'm going about 50mph on a straight, and suddenly...

SPLOOOOOOSH

I manage to hit atleast 3 inches of water with all four tires for a good 3 seconds. Caught my completely by surprise. I made it through, and realized I could've hydro-planed and wrecked my poor little '97 Subaru legacy ;~;
But I didnt.
So the guy who passes me, going the speed limit(35mph) hit the water, and I see his tail lights sway this way and that.
I dunno what to say. Either I'm hella good on water, or he had really, really bad tires.
