The fun of packing & allergies...

General
So, I am allergic to quite a few things, including dust of any type and smoke of any type so it's probably just an allergy to general floating particulate matter. Anyway, as we are working on packing to move at the moment, I am finding that I need to take 2 benadryl every night so I can sleep and breathe... and even with that I often wake in the night with asthma issues from all of the dust we are getting to move around here because once you start moving things that have been sitting for years you find that even though you have disted, dust has accumulated in so many places you couldn't reach.
Today, I planned to go to my parents house to do laundry but the state didn't clean the roads there, so I decided not to go. I have clothes to wear to my part time job tomorrow and then I can take my laundry in the car when I go to work and then go to my parents after work... if I need to then I can sleep there and just go to work from there Wednesday.
I am so tired of dust and I can't wait till the moving is done. Unfortunately, we will be moving again in the near future since this is only a temporary stop at my parents house to help us financially till my boyfriend Jon and I have full time jobs again. But, in only a few months, I don't thing things in boxes will accumulate too much dust.
The big bonus of packing is that we get to go through our stuff. I found many things that were garbage and can be put in the trash. Jon and I have found things that we don't use anymore but are still good and we are giving to friends. We have a stack of aquarium magazines for Thead, and some things that we are sending to some friends in Wisconsin. Another rather strange thing that we have to spare is soap of variious scents. Due to my allergies, I have at times purchased soap only to find that I was allergic to the scent that you could not clearly smell without opening the package. So, after purchasing these in the multi-bar packages and trying them to discover allergies, I have some still packaged bars of soap tha I want to just give away. I know Thead often has financial issues so I may just take them to him when we go to the Christmas party, it will be one less thing he has to buy for a little while and if he doesn't like the scents, there will be lots of others people there who might want them.
Another allergy note, I have discovered allergies to some perfumes that I used to wear. As they are in spray bottles, it's not like they are in any way contaminated by use, so if anyone who watches my journals would like me to, I will post a list and if anyone wants them I can package them and send them to you or deliver next time I see you if you are local.
