I dunno man mine pops in and out I throw a hard punch to my side and it pops back in but I would get medical help...I broke a collar bone once and it was not fun....it only felt like a dislocated shoulder...

well if ya shoulder popped out of place then if ya try to move ya arm it gonna hurt alot, i have had my knee pop out of place quite afew times but it was easy to pop it back in cause had to straighten it out and teh muscles do the rest

it happened quite afew times it hurt if i tried to move it sideways and when it popped back into place it felt so good
