How to download all notes, journals and submissions

Installed the FireMirror Firefox extension. It's a bit cludgey, but it's working. With all the random deletions been going on I figured better safe than sorry.
It's a bit of a cludge to do it in FireMirror because you need to be logged in to get a lot of these things. So to start with you need to do a zero-depth download of the login page and view it in FireMirror's own browser window. Log in and subsequent DLs at FA will also be logged in.
Good thing FA supports multiple sessions now!
You also NEED to make use of the address filtering and depth-1 only downloads, or you'll attempt to download the entire website.
Just enter the index pages as the starting point and enter these as the filters:
For notes: http://www.furaffinity.net/viewmessage/
For journals: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/
For submissions: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/
Notes are a little tricky since the sections are handled in javascript. You'll need to switch between inbox and outbox in the interal browser, or set http://www.furaffinity.net/controls.....tchbox/outbox/ as the start point. After that, same page increments as before.
EDIT:
I should add, this presumes two things;
* That deleting your notes as a security precaution and emptying the "trash" actually removes the notes from the sites databases, and they are no longer accessible by admin accounts.
* That, as notes are stored by incremented reference numbers, someone hasn't already downloaded them to sift through later on (IE: set an incremental download running to start at note zero and work it's way up).
