Here we go again :c

The very kind helped me get a hold of a tablet...but here's the thing:

The pen is defective and the other two pens in the household have been eaten by the dogs. Now...the Graphire 4 pen I had (that I had JUST fixed before the dogs got to it) worked fine on the new Bamboo tablet (model MTE-450) and the Bamboo Fun pen worked fine on the Graphire 4 tablet...

My question is: does anyone know for sure if a Bamboo Fun pen will work on a Bamboo Pen Tablet (Pen Only Tablet)?

Because for the life of me, I can't find an affordable MTE-450 model tablet pen! Good God it's so frustrating!

And the dogs ate both of the other pens today. In one day. WTF, dogs!?

I gave in and bought a new Wacom Bamboo Pen Tablet for $70 :\ Hopefully it arrives soon...and works.
