Blood Donations

Last week I went out and donated my blood to the Red Cross. I think it was the twentieth time I had done it. I've been trying to do it as regularly as possible.
For some reason, I love giving blood. I don't know if it's the knowledge that you're helping to save up to three lives with one donation, or if it's the free pop and cookies. It just makes me feel good to give.
I highly recommend to the few people who will read this that they should take an hour out of one of their days, and donate.
I know that some people don't like needles, or the sight of blood, but it's worth the time. They have a better needle now that they use to prick your finger with when they test your iron levels, and the needle they put in your arm doesn't even hurt. I bet your annoying brother or sister can pinch you worse than the needle can.

I'm not sure how the donor clinic would handle rare bloods, but I recommend that you look it up. Plus...free pop and cookies!
Side note, I frickin' love your avatar X3
There aren't any permanent clinics around here either. They just set up at a school or community centre for a while.
