Shutting Down And Shipping Out?

Warning, this post may contain boring information, swear words, and dumb opinions. So after seeing about twenty journals with people's contact information "just incase" FA shuts down, I'm left very confused. So, FA is possibly going to shut down? And where was I when this is happening?
Someone please explain, is it because of the whole hackers and such?

I probably won't be on either of those that often, but I'm not giving my email, just for the fact I don't use it nor do I want people emailing me. :3
