I was wondering if anyone else has seen the movie...and what you thought about it? I took my nephew tonight and the theater was packed. The Looney Tunes 3D short surprised me....I thought the animations were really well done. I thought it was pretty cool. As soon as the movie started and Yogi Bear came on the screen, a few little girls screamed. I am not sure if they loved his design or were just giving him love...or were scared of his "realistic" character model.

For much of the movie, it seemed that at least 80% of the people were cracking up. There were 2 little girls behind me that were laughing as if they were hyenas. I did chuckle sometimes, but I mainly enjoyed the designs. Honestly I do think it was pretty cool to see Yogi and Boo-Boo that realistic. I never felt too alienated....at least not as much as I first thought. My nephew also instantly said "That actually was alright. Thanks for bringing me unc." as soon as the movie was over. It may not win Oscars, but I think the movie is good, considering. It could have been much worse in my opinion. If anyone else has seen it, I would like to know your opinion and experience.
