A Christmas Poem
As we lay in wait,
For Christmas Morn,
A mood we create,
As we await the silent horn,
To trumpet softly,
The word "Go",
Like sweetest candy,
We wait for what's below.
We hear it now,
Its time to jump,
We whisper "Wow",
As we see the clump,
Of gifts wrapped tight,
For all to see,
The trees alight,
With bright beauty.
This is Christ's birth,
We celebrate,
He saved the Earth,
For heaven's gate,
We greet with gifts,
For everyone,
The spirit we uplift,
by greatest fraction.
Merry Christmas Everyone! ^w^
