-- 2 pairs of jeans w/ belts.

-- 'Puffy' jacket (to replace my well-worn Maryland hoodie)

-- Various other clothing items (mostly socks and related items)

-- 500GB Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex [Second Best Gift 2010]

-- New bed set (Needed a new comforter)

The Ugh Gift: An apartment guide. Yes, my Mom actually gave me that for a gift. Along with it was a Certificate of Adulthood. I wish I was kidding about that. The plus is it grants me up to $3k towards security deposit, furniture and kitchen essentials. But you know... it kinda drives home the fact that they really want to out the house to some capacity. Frustration is large.

I know I need to do it. Might as well do it now, you know? Though I wanna get a place in Anne Arundel county. That's where I currently work and where pretty much all my friends live. If I can convince one of my friends that having a roommate with someone you can trust is a lot better than some of the situations he's already had to deal with via Craigslist won't be a bad idea. Trouble is is that you know... I like dudes. He doesn't have a problem with it, but would rather not potentially be exposed to it (if that makes sense. Whatever. Even though he has pretty eyes, he's not my type.)

Whateves. I got a year. I might skip going to a con this year in order to start saving.
