Well this is an adult rated site so its ok to have a avatar like this.

you need to recheck the TOS about that dude, jus tbecause it has adult doesnt mean icons of adult mature are allowed.

infact, thats why theres the "ADULT" and "MATURE" filters...
this site is for everyone not just for adults.
