And so we (or at least I) have entered 2011.

Looking back on 2010 I can honestly say it was a very shitty year. Signs pointed to it becoming so when I got my heart broken on January 1st... and well while nothing as depressing as that first day happened for the rest of the year it still wasn't a good one. I got nowhere in my life, I'm at exactly the same point now as I was 1 year ago. Or no, that was a lie. One thing has changed, I live in my own apartment now. And that's nice, probably the only nice thing that happened last year. I hope I've come further this time next year.

Anyways, I'm now gonna put 2010 behind me and forget it completely, which shouldn't be hard considering I have the memory or a demented goldfish.

Looking ahead on 2011 doesn't make me very hopeful though... it's not hard being pessimistic having been me for a few years. But who knows, maybe it will surprise me. Still doubt it though.
