So Happy New year to one and all...apparently except for me. Tuesday I got word that although I had been busting my ass for 9 month's and change that I would be passed over because I am more expensive to replace than the other guy who does not have near the experience that I have... I've been brooding over this the past few days. I was never offered anything or asked to take a pay cut for the job or anything... Monday me and the GM are having a sit down.
