Non-Optional Social Convention for New Years

As I sit here on a (now delayed) replacement bus service, standing in for a train that was delayed to begin with and wondering if any jury in the land would convict me for marching over to the Northen Rail headquarters and opening fire ... assuming of course I didn't change my mind on what would most likely be a 20 hour journey charged at premium peak rates to get there.
However, it occurs to me as I sit here that I should conform to the nicities of the season and wish everyone watching me on FA, and any non-watchers who stumble upon this while browsing through my gallery/user-page (as it is unreasonable to assume that anybody else on FA or the internet as a whole would read this journal ... and I don't even have hopes ascended enough to be described as 'high' that any of my actual watchers will take the time to read this before declaring "TLDR" as though its a novel concept), a HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Now, I have seen several journals stating the same from many different members, many of which I have ignored for the same reason that most will ignore this journal. Rather than responding to each and every one with a mundane and obsolete parroting of good-will gestures, I have decided to simply state an all-round pleasantry to accommodate all factors.
So please do not take it as a personal insult if I have not replied to anybody's Happy-New-Year journal, in the same vein, I will not think any less of those who do not read or take the time to reply to this journal.
So, it is my hope that, with the exception of those who don't deserve it (and I mean the generally assholic, terminally hard-of-thinking, chavs, the French anybody who has ever sat down to watch The X-faxtor/Jeremy Kyle/Britains Got Talent or I'm a Z-list Nobody Hoping To Resurrect My Failed Career However Briefly, regarding any of the aformentioned as "good programming" and not the abolishment of decency, sense and culture en-mass they so clearly represent) that your 2011 is fantastic in all the ways that it can be. That your personal disappointments, familial hardships and pain on both a physical and mental level are all kept to a bare minimum if present at all. And that you experience good Karma througout ... unless at any point during sed term you become one of the aformentioned excluded through though, action or omission.
I am already expecting 2011 to be a terrible year frought with unnecessary price increases courtesy of raised VAT and general govornmental greed. I am also anticipating greater levels of thoroughly accepted incompetence to run rife, and for a shitstorm of unpleasantries to rain down in biblical proportions ... so, if at any point these things don't actually transpire, I'll be pleasantly surprised.

And you hate the French?
And my history with the French is a turbulant one that they started.
I have been to France 5 times, and each time I have had something awful happen to me. I've been mugged twice, ripped off severely, been forced to endure the company of a man who had faeces dropping from the hems of hios pants as he walked ... and then there was the guy in the public bathroom who was either trying to rape me or sell me drugs ... and then rape me.
So yes ... my attitude towards the French is beligerant at best and genocidal at worst.
France has made it quite clear on five seperate occasions of being crappy to me that it does not care for me to be within its boarders. So now, I respond in kind.
This kind of crap doesn't happen to me in any other country.
To me, that's pathetic, in lack of a better term.
I'm just a strong follower of universal signs and karmic hints. And I have firmly been instructed thusly.
Its more than just those few experiences but I don't see the point in this devolving into an argument.
It was something I put in there as a nod to the people who know me and it wasn't meant to be the sparking of controversy.
So apologies for any offence, it truely wasn't intentional.
