Okay. Scalar Vector Graphics is a related language in that its an XML-based language. However, its purpose is entirely different: its used to create graphics, like the one you see here. So, it's not an HTML file doing all the drawing, but a related markup language.

Well, AS we say in my land... opinions are like butts: everyone has one. If I'd had to do the database designing, the result would've been very different and, of course, every other developer would have suggest other ways of doing it.
