DVD Preorder - Artist Needed

If you haven't been keeping up with my Twitter Account (isfacat), I've made an astonishing announcement!
I am producing a DVD of my RCFM 2010 show, preparing it for sale. Right now, I'm just going to be taking preorders for the DVD, and the planned release is at RCFM 2011 in Huntsville, AL.
Preorders are going to cost... $0
Why so low? Right now, I just want to get a confirmation of how many DVDs and cases I will need to print. You'll also be added into a database to keep track of orders.
To pre-order, please do one of two things:

E-Mail me at isfacat@hotmail.com with the subject line of "DVD Preorder"
In the email or Note, send me your name, and how many copies you'd like to order.
Also, I need some help. As I'm still in production stages of the DVD, I'm looking for an artist for the Case Cover. If anyone is willing to suggest someone, I'd certainly take a few offers. We're looking at about a 3 month time period for the art to be done, so no one too backed up on commissions.
